After booking, you will receive a confirmation. You must transfer the rent to me within two weeks. If you prefer, we can agree that you pay a smaller deposit. When I receive the rent/deposit, I will explain how you get access to the house.

If you want to cancel, contact me so we can find a solution. You will of course get some of the rent back depending on the time to arrival. If there is more than a month to arrival, you will get at least half the rent back.

You can pay by PayPal and cheque or transfer money directly to my bank account.
