All prices include electricity, firewood and internet access.

The tenant has the house from the first day at 2 pm until the day after the last day at 11 am.

Please note: It is not possible for me to check that the house has been properly cleaned after every tenant. If the house is not in an acceptable condition at arrival, the tenant will get a fair reduction in the rent.
